All products are supplied and dispatched directly by our UK supplier from UK-held stock. We focus on delivery within the United Kingdom. International delivery is not currently offered through checkout.
Delivery charges
The existing UK standard rate is £4.99, with free standard delivery on qualifying orders of £50 or more. The delivery options and final charge for your address and basket are shown at checkout.
Availability and timing
Availability and dispatch arrangements vary by product. Contact Admin@EcoFlamesLiving.co.uk before ordering to confirm current availability and the delivery estimate, particularly for large fireplaces or a time-sensitive project. A delivery rate is not a guarantee of next-day dispatch.
Large fireplaces and access
Our UK supplier arranges delivery for large, heavy and oversized fireplaces. Tell us about access restrictions before ordering. Check the packaged size, access route and safe handling arrangements. Do not book installation until the goods have arrived and been checked. Installation is not included unless expressly agreed.
Fuel delivery
Bioethanol fuel is dispatched by our UK supplier using its fuel delivery arrangements. The same customer shipping pricing applies to fuel as to our other products. Available delivery options and the final charge are shown at checkout.
Restricted destinations
Contact us before ordering for Northern Ireland, islands, remote postcodes or British Forces addresses so that delivery can be confirmed for the exact product.
When your order arrives
Check for damage or missing items and contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where possible. Do not install or use a damaged fireplace. This request does not limit your statutory rights.
