Products and suitability
Read the model specifications and installation instructions before ordering. Room suitability, ventilation, clearances and permitted installation methods depend on the model. Room photographs are styling examples; furniture, decorations and fuel are included only where the listing explicitly says so. Colour appearance can vary between screens.
Placing an order
Select your product and quantity, add it to your basket and review the items, delivery address and total at checkout. Correct any errors before submitting payment. The checkout shows available payment methods and delivery charges. Prices are in pounds sterling. Any taxes that apply are included in the total shown at checkout. Orders are placed in English.
Keep your order confirmation and a copy of these terms. If a product is unavailable or an error affects your order, we will contact you about the available options, including cancellation and repayment of any amount paid for goods we cannot supply.
Delivery and returns

Follow the instructions supplied with the product. Never add fuel to a burning or hot burner. Do not use a damaged fireplace or burner. For faults, missing parts, complaints or warranty information, contact Eco Flames Living with your order details. We do not exclude responsibility where the law does not permit it.
